Once you have completed the workshop an have your plan you will then be able to register to become a member of the Facebook support group* this will be a ‘hub’ where you as parents can access further advice and support from me to help and support you through your sleep journey. This will be a positive and motivational support group to enable you all to achieve your goals and complete your sleep journey.
