​I’ve experienced insomnia personally three times in my life, so I know how overwhelming and isolating sleep struggles can be,  both as a parent and as an adult.

 

My own daughter’s sleep difficulties led me to train in sleep support back in 2011, and that experience changed our lives.

 

Since then, I’ve helped thousands of families and adults around the world improve their sleep, I’d love to help you too.
