Your child isn't broken. Their sleep system got stuck.
When a child isn't sleeping, everything suffers, their mood, their development, their mornings. And yours.
Most advice tells you to try a routine.
Kerry starts somewhere different: with the biology of your child's sleep system, and the one or two things that are actually driving the problem.
She finds the root cause, usually within a single session, and gives you a clear, practical path forward.
No rigid rules.
No one-size-fits-all protocol.
No crying it out.
Neurodivergent children warmly welcomed.
Kerry's approach works with how your child's nervous system actually functions, not against it.

One session can change everything.
No rigid rules. No pressure.
Kerry identifies root cause fast. Most parents leave the first session with a clear picture of what's happening and exactly what to do next.
Sessions take place via Zoom or phone.
Kerry has particular expertise supporting neurodivergent children including those with ADHD, autism, and complex needs.
Built over 12 years working in learning disabilities and mental health before specialising in sleep.

"Most children's sleep problems are a system problem, not a behaviour problem. When parents understand the system, everything becomes more manageable.
For them and for their child." — Kerry Davies, Sleep System Specialist
Why Kerry's approach works when other things haven't.
Kerry doesn't follow a standard protocol. She reads your child, their nervous system, their patterns, their individual biology and works from there.
For neurodivergent children, this matters particularly. Sensory needs, stimulation patterns, and how the nervous system processes the end of the day are part of Kerry's assessment from the start. Not an afterthought. Not a modification to a generic plan.
Her 12 years working in learning disabilities and mental health means neurodivergent children are not a specialism she has added. They are built into how she works. She has always been this way.
"This is not about forcing sleep. It's about helping your child's system understand that it's safe to rest." — Kerry Davies

Your child is sleeping.
You're not.
This is one of the most common patterns Kerry sees. Your child's sleep has improved, but yours hasn't.
You spent months in high alert, listening for every sound, ready to respond.
Your nervous system hasn't been told it's safe to stand down yet.
This is not a parenting problem. It is a sleep system problem — and it is very fixable.
Don't take Kerry's word for it.
“Kerry’s help has changed our lives when it felt there was no hope. Kerry supported us 100% and she was available at all hours to help. Within a week of putting into place Kerry’s plan, he slept through, what is this witchcraft?! My son has had the confidence to fall asleep by himself, with no cry it out, no trauma, just gentle nudging to give him and us the confidence to make the decision.”
Ruth Coates
“It’s like magic… after many nights crying because I was so tired and a 4 year old son who could not maintain sleep I was recommended Kerry. Our little boy has autism, epilepsy as well as other complex needs. He would wake up early (1-1.30am) in the morning and stay wide awake for hours. He would always be ready for the day by 4/5am every morning. Each day has gotten better, mostly sleeping through till 6-7.30 with no waking during the night. Honestly Kerry, you have changed our lives.”
Toni Robertson
“Kerry has changed our life! Our youngest has had trouble falling asleep for years. Kerry made us feel heard and understood. Her advice had an immediate improvement from the very first night we implemented it. A month in and bedtime has been transformed. Our evening feels so much calmer and our child is feeling more positive about bedtime. I wish we'd done it sooner.”
