Service Description
A dedicated, one-to-one session built around your sleep story. We will explore what is getting in the way of your sleep, why it is happening, and what needs to shift. You will leave with a clear, personalised plan — grounded in CBT-I and designed entirely around you. What is included: A full review of your current sleep pattern and history A clear explanation of what is driving your difficulties A personalised strategy with practical, achievable next steps A written summary of your plan following the session


Cancellation Policy
Sleep works best when there’s no pressure and the same applies here. You’re welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. This keeps things simple and flexible, while protecting time that’s been set aside for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, please get in touch directly and I’ll always do my best to help where I can. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. Thank you for respecting this, it helps me keep sessions calm, focused, and available to everyone who needs them.
