Each weekly session is tailored to you, helping you build lasting sleep habits and break the cycle of insomnia for good.
Cancellation Policy
Sleep works best when there’s no pressure and the same applies here. You’re welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. This keeps things simple and flexible, while protecting time that’s been set aside for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, please get in touch directly and I’ll always do my best to help where I can. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
